- added music pause (will entirely work when we can poke the row value later on)
- reworked debug display
- moved stuff from draw_game to draw_game_background
- added highscore table
- added checking and adding score if winning
- added player name input menu element
- added player name confirm, cancel and reset
- added current player name added to highscore table if win in top 5
